The Ykee Benda Foundation, trading as The Benda Foundation, was founded by two leaders: Mr. Tugume Wycliff, also known as Ykee Benda, and Miss Nyawiira Emily, both of Ugandan nationality. The Benda Foundation is a tribe of young people helping other children and youth discover, nurture, and fulfill their potential in education, creative arts, and sports. Our focus is and will always be on marginalized groups, orphans, the girl child, children in disaster-affected areas of the country, and the many talented but unemployed youth.

To understand, uplift and fulfill the potential of many underprivileged young children and Youth across Uganda by fostering meaningful connections and opportunities for growth .
Mission
We are committed to transforming the lives of vulnerable youth through arts, sports, and educational interventions. By offering support and resources, we aim to break down barriers and create lasting change in Uganda’s most underserved communities.
